General Description
The Stable is wonderfully unique! At one time it was a carriage house, originally built in 1887.
Over the course of the 1900s, the Stable was converted from its equine past to a beautiful private home.
The original standing stalls built for the horses still exist in the house.
Guests at the Stable have full use of a spacious living room with a cozy wood-burning stove and a selection of books and magazines.
A hospitality room is also available for guests. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, iron and ironing board and a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something at home! There is also complimentary coffee and tea at all times.
Outside amenities include an in-ground swimming pool, private garden and a covered veranda.
Enjoy a gourmet breakfast served by candlelight each morning at the Stable.
Breakfast includes a savoury entrée, home-made bread and pastries, fresh fruit, preserves, fresh orange juice, Colombian coffee, and much more.

Local Attractions
The Stable B&B is located a nine iron from the Niagara-on-the-Lake golf course. Fantastic location, guests can easily walk to all threatres, shops and restaurants.

Directions
IN CANADA - Take Highway 55 (exit 38B) off the QEW Niagara. Stay on Highway 55 and eventually Hwy. 55 turns into Mississagua Street. The Stable B&B(House #243) is on the lefthand side at the corner of Mississagua and Johnson Street. FROM THE U.S.A. - Take Interstate 190 north from Buffalo to the Lewiston-Queenston bridge. Once you cross the border into Canada, take an immediate righthand turn after the last toll. At the stop sign turn left onto the Niagara Parkway and enjoy a scenic drive along the Niagara River. Stay on the Niagara Parkway, it eventually turns into Queen Street once you arrive in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Proceed along Queen Street until you see the golf course on your righthand side. Turn left onto Mississagua Street and at the first corner you will find The Stable B&B (House #243) on the righthand side.
