Our breakfast menu consists of a hot entree (an egg dish with bacon/sausage/ham), fresh fruits and baked goodies. For example...
1. Home-made pancakes with fruits of the season served with 100% maple syrup.
2. Egg strata made with fresh organic vegetables from our garden served with locally sourced and drug-free meats (bacon and sausages).
3. French Toast made with raisin/cranberry, cinnamon bread or French bread, served with bacon or sausages and 100% maple syrup. A Vegetarian breakfast can be a tofu scramble or blueberry porridge.
4. Baked fruit dish like peach and blueberry clafoutis with bacon or sausage.
5. Vegetable Frittata with homegrown organic veggies, mushrooms and freshly grated swiss cheese, and served with fresh artisan rolls.
6. Guests can also request simpler entrees such as hot blueberry apple oatmeal, granola with nuts and yoghurt.
