Our set menu changes daily, with food freshly prepared in-house, on the day. You will sit down to a delicious three course breakfast prepared with the finest quality ingredients, starting with a dish that includes fruit, e.g. homemade waffles with fresh strawberries and maple syrup, a main course e.g.: ham and mushroom filled puff pastry or scrambled eggs with grilled Canadian bacon and english muffins and a finale: e.g. freshly prepared cream cheese blueberry muffins (so light they almost float as one guest described them!)as well as freshly baked croissants. Freshly brewed coffee, your choice of different teas and fruit juices. With prior notice, we cater to special dietary requirements. For guests who like an early morning coffee, we have coffee available at 7:30 in the dining room. During the summer months our guests enjoy breakfast served outside on the patio (weather permitting)surrounded by beautiful gardens, singing birds and mature trees.
